New training certification requirements.

 

To earn or maintain certification, your dealership is required to attend a training hosted by your Regional Manager.

In person and webinar trainings qualify.

If you cannot make one of your Regional Managers hosted trainings you will need to take online training courses as an alternative way to earn training credits. Our marketing will send you the confirmation once they are notified by your Regional Manager.

 

The number of credits needed to complete training will be based on the dealership's past participation.

 

Quizzes are not required for those who complete the Regional Manager hosted trainings, but don't let that stop you from checking them out - they will only help strengthen your product knowledge.
